I recently wrote to Vodafone Customer Service at Leopardstown and got no reply. I wrote again 2/3 weeks later, still no reply. Has anyone else had this experience? Or is there a different address to which I should have written?

Have you tried the Talk to... forum they have on Boards.ie ?
