    Folks
Looking for a bit of help here. would anyone know why this flight was delayed for so long yesterday (08/08/18) and why it was eventually replaced by a Titon Airways B737 that was flown in from Stansted.
    Any info would be appreciated.
    Thanks in advance

The Titan 737 was operating EI services on 7 & 8 August. On the 8th it had departed late on the first FRA-DUB flight of the day and this had a knock-on effect on the EI236/7. http://thelingussource.com/?s=titan

looking on flightstats it was always going to be a hire-in and it looks like it was accumulating delay down the day by the time it got to you, got to wonder why they didnt swap planes though in Dublin and have the a 320 do LGW and the 737 do a different run , thats what ops are for I suppose.
