Vsrifocals not measured correctly

    I got varifocals and they were a disaster as they were not messured correctly by an inexperience sales assistant.
    I thought that an optician or dispensing optician were supposed to oversee such measurements?

    What type of dispenses require a dispensing optician? Just for kids?
