Hi I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the below.

I upgraded my contract with vodafone in june 2017 from 60 euro plan to 80 euro plan.

I had previously had an add on of 2gb at a cost of 8 euro on my 60 euro plan.

I asked for this to be removed at the time of upgrade and my contract reflects this. I was however charged for the add on from June 2017 to date. Vodafone refunded the monies however could i cancel the contract?

    Thanks!

Wouldn't think so, the add on isn't part of the contract and can be removed at any time.

There would be no grounds to cancel the contract from this.

Even the old fashioned arm-chancing and asking for interest in the refund would amount to cents these days
