I'm trying to remember re. wildcards: I know transfers in don't contribute towards price rise %, but are we sure transfers OUT don't count towards price drop %??

I don't remember the guys/sites tracking it making any difference between transfers in & out and I always assumed all transfers while on WC are not taken into account.
In fairness, it would be absolute insanity if they didn't!

You're probably right, although if transfers out did count then that would account for the vast discrepancy between number of price drops vs number of rises

All wildcard transfers do not count towards price changes.
