Think we are certain to see Speroni lose his place. I think Boruc will get his game time, Begovic has been shocking for them.

If you are not using 1 of your 2 transfers this gameweek, then if I was you, I would make this move (if I had another playing keeper)

There's a group called "AA" (Alonso Anonymous) but you need to be careful with them, they can send you down the wrong path too.

I got into "Digne" in a big way to replace my Alonso fix. Now I'm even worse off.

Don't go cold turkey, ease yourself off Alonso by taking Luiz instead, but only in a supervised environment. It is cheaper and the mood swings aren't as severe, the highs aren't as high but the lows aren't as low.

Help is out there but only you can take that first step.

I was on Alonso too but after a while it wasn't enough on it's own and I ended up moving on to TRAM. At the start it was awesome but the wonderful feeling wore off quickly enough.
I tried breaking it down but nothing worked properly. I decided it was too destructive and I knew I wouldn't survive long term if I kept using it.
I got rid of T and M and things weren't so bad but it was still unhealthy. I then decided to cut Alonso out and TBH using just Robertson has helped me manage the downs I feel without Alonso although over the past couple of weeks I've been very tempted to go back to Alonso and even kick Robertson completely.
I feel for you Alonso users, my only advice is to stay the hell away from TRAM.
