Hi, Bought an online purchase from a nationwide supposed reputable dealer for a 55” OLED TV, long story short, collected tv from warehouse and the tv is ex demo store display. It’s not just used, the screen is destroyed, all over. This was never advertised as ex display as I wouldn’t have gone near it. I was sent packing…

Not sure what the exact legal obligations of the store were but they were great yesterday when management were back in office dealing with customer services, they gave me two options...a new replacement with a further 15% refund on the price i paid, or I pay another few hundred for the much more expensive newer model but would have amounted to a big discount on that model. both options included collection of old model and delivery of new one. am very happy with that as all i expected was money back and at best collection of the broken tv. many thanks for all feedback.
