Lost my phone - need replacement SIM

    Hi guys

    Lost my phone, however am in hospital and won't be able to make it in and pick up a replacement SIM myself.

    Can a family member do it for me if I give them my ID, Sim Telephone number, PIN and PUK?

    Hi Always Be Closing ,

    A family member can pick the sim up for you and then you can call our support team to have the swap processed.
