I have a SE30 with LaserWriter from new.
It is not used anymore but would switch on to check if still OK
This time I just got jagged line pattern on screen
It has sentimental value as it was my first business computer
Does anyone know anyone who might look at it or repair it
There is a personal LaserWriter with it
These were groundbreaking machines when first available albeit expensive

I strongly suggest checking out: https://www.reddit.com/r/VintageApple/
Lots of people there in a similar situation to you.
From following that subreddit for a while, apparently a lot of the time, some capacitors on the circuit board fail and needed to be replaced (with soldering etc.)
With respect to who can do it locally, I don't know - you'd need to find a little electronics shop comfortable with knocking these things down.
