Unknown Charge

    So after sending in my account deletion request, i found this charge on my account a few days later
     DEBIT TX-CODE = 260    9.11     

    The clerk in your galway shop street branch told me closing account is 5€.

    Are the 9.11€ a different charge? Do i need to transfer more money in and send the deletion request a second time. Im confused and dont know what to do

    Hi ChickenAustria,

    If you have a query about a specific transaction, the best thing to do would be to drop the query into Ask a Question on the Service Desk menu option on your 365online as they will have access to your account details.
