Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well done to everybody who's getting their results Today.
You know all the usual lines that people say around this time.
I remember I went in at about 10AM saw I passed ordinary level maths. I got a D1 still have no idea how I managed. Don't remember much else.

I'd been up all night on pills and acid (first time taking it) and didn't know what was going on when I went to pick up the results.

And no matter what others say, it's not end all and be all in life. The real learning begins from here on out.

Well well, possibly the dullest annual story of the year for once has an interesting slant to it, finally.

    https://www.independent.ie/irish-news/80-leaving-cert-results-withheld-amid-suspicions-of-cheating-37224350.html

I find this hilarious. Well done to all those who cheated and got away with it but to all those who cheated and didn't get away with it - YOU MUST TRY HARDER !

The actual content of the leaving cert is largely irrelevant to today's world.

It's cute how the op thinks people of leaving cert age use boards.

To be fair some of them do.
I'm amazed at how serious they take it looking over at the leaving cert forum.

I live my life by the content of the Leaving Cert.

A lot of it is quite usefull. More of it is a an introduction for further education I imagine.

A neighbour got 625. Phenomenal. I hope she invents a cure for dementia or something. Preferably before I lose my marbles.

I got 0 back in the day (that I didn't do it).
