    Hi,

I have a small convenience store and currently do a small bit of fruit and veg but wouldn't mind toying with the idea of doing more.

What's the story with the Victorian fruit and veg market in Dublin? Online is telling me it will be empty by the end of the year, or is there others?
I've never been to it, can you just rock up and buy (wholesale size obviously) or do you need an account? Presume it's different vendors inside it?
    Any info would be appreciated

The old fruit and veg market is in the process of being moved.
You'd be better off approaching a large scale wholesaler like Keelings, Vernon, etc and getting them to deliver for you

Make it a local and/or farmer organic market and you will be very busy...

That's very dependent on the locale of the convenience shop. Assuming they're in an urban environment, it wouldn't make sense for a producer to drive an hour there and back to supply 3kg of potatoes for example
