Swift transfer from abroad

    Hi,

    I made a swift transfer from a non SEPA country but with IBAN number. Normally I used to get the money in one or two days but this is the fourth day and still no sign of it.

    Other bank says they sent the money.

    Any help?

    Hi ilavela,

    Thank you for messaging us. The time frames would be determined by the bank that is sending the funds. Once we receive the funds we will apply them to your account straight away.

    We would never block funds from being applied to your account. If it does not arrive within the next day or two it may be best to get the sending bank to preform a trace on the funds.
