    Quick query, anyone on here being interviewed for a customer relations voice role or any existing or ex Apple employees . I'm currently in the interview process and wondering what the training schedule is, is it Monday to Friday or 9am to 5pm etc, and if the new hire are given a set shift time or if it changes month to month
