Cost for attic conversion with dormer

    Hi

    Moving house soon, planning on getting above done, hip roof so will need a Dormer, can use some of box room for stairs if necessary.

    Just wondering what have people paid for this. Will just want one room with storage. No en suite.

    Standard 100sqm semi detatched.

    Planning required.
    So after planning costs, maybe 25k depending on finish as a ball park but it could be more or less.
