    Hi there, how do I go about adding my loan account to 365 Online in order to view the balance / make additional payments? Thanks

    Hi there,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 

    You can add this account through the "Add my accounts/policy" section within the "Manage accounts" tab of your 365 online profile. I've given a link here to a video that shows how you can do this.
