buying house with willow trees near by

we are buying a house that has been empty for 10 years, the house is surrounded by a concrete path, around the path weeping willow has self seeded and are growing they are about 10 feet high and the trunks vary from an inch to 3 inch in thickness,what damage may these have done how do i kill them and will a structural…
