    Hi,

My parents are away on holidays in China and they think their credit card has been cancelled due to suspicious activity. Is there any way they can contact you without incurring hefty overseas charges?

    Thanks,
    Lee.

    Hi Lee,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Have they tried the card in an ATM and a shop?
We would normally contact our card holder by text or email before placing a security block on the card. Have they received anything from ourselves?

    Thanks,

    Lorna
