    after reviewing my bills from the past few months I notice the following charge
    Equipment charges 8000 TAM Cordless Phone

    I never have had a cordless phone, nor do I want one, but I appear to be being billed for one

    what is the correct option to choose after dialing 1901
    the bill option 1 only tells me what my current bill is and option to pay it over the phone

    This will depend on what services you have on your account but normally option 5 will get you through.

    I tried ringing 1901 a few times to be stuck on hold for several minutes, so I can pm you the details you need, if you can that item removed ?

    Our customer care team would need to remove this I'm afraid.

    Waiting times can vary depending on how many calls are in queue however, I can assure you that your call will be answered in the ordered it is received.
