So, the HSE is paying a fortune to rent space at Shamrock Plaza. Plenty of space at St. Dymnas.... Anyhow, had reason to visit the Plaza today. The underground parking is now not open to the public. 2 of the blue badge spaces were taken up by people without blue badges, one of whom was in the car and refused to move.
So the alternative is to park in the surface car park further up. Not ideal for people with walking issues. Plus, the pay station is not accessible to wheelchair users- having no ramp and being particularly narrow. How is this a good idea?
