Anyone identify this film or TV series, c.1980, shot in Ireland?

My uncle is looking to find a TV series or film he and my grandfather worked on, filmed in Wicklow, which involved hens dancing at a window. It might be Roses from Dublin, Cry of the Innocent, Sleep of Death, Anne Devlin, Country Girls, or the Hard Way, but I don't remember a hen in the latter.
