    25 in breakaway

Valerio Conti (UAE Team Emirates), Stephane Rossetto (Cofidis), Floris De Tier, Sepp Kuss (LottoNL-Jumbo), Alessandro De Marchi, Brent Bookwalter (BMC), Lukas Pöstlberger (Bora-Hansgrohe), Maxime Monfort (Lotto-Soudal), Rudy Molard (Groupama-FDJ), Andrey Amador (Movistar Team), Jonathan Lastra (Caja Rural-Seguros RGA), Bauke Mollema, Gianluca Brambilla (Trek-Segafredo), Davide Villella (Astana), Alexandre Geniez (Groupama-FDJ), Hermann Pernsteiner, Franco Pellizotti (Bahrain-Merida), Mikel Iturria (Euskadi-Murias), Matteo Trentin (Mitchelton-Scott), Jai Hindley (Team Sunweb), José Mendes (Burgos-BH), Simon Clarke (Education First-Drapac), Merhawi Kudus (Dimension Data), Maurits Lammertink and Pavel Kochetkov (Katusha-Alpecin) have managed to open a 1' gap to the peloton.

Best bet for me are Mollema, Molard, Amador & De Marchi...but who knows

If you ever visiting Granada, or are close by, a visit to the Alhambra Palace is well worth it

Just make sure you book a ticket on line first as you can't but them at the door

I fancy this break will be pulled back. They are taking each other on already.

I was skiing in Sierra Nevada a couple of years ago and our group had booked a one night stay in Granada which included a trip to the Alhambra. I had never previously heard of it :o

No, greenhouses for fruit and veg.

A lot of greenhouses! About 30,000 hectares

Roquetas de Mar, the finish town, is on the east coast in the photo below

It made me think of an inverted picture of a snow-topped mountain - it certainly is challenging on my eyesight
