Billpay upgrade issue

    Hi there,

    Twice this has happened now but I let the first one foolishly slide.
    I am due an upgrade at the end of the month, I'm pretty sure it was yesterday the 28th.

    I had been checking on the website and the date was shown.

    I logged on today to find "you are not eligible for an upgrade".

    This happened 3 months ago also, but I let it slide and kept going as I thought I may have been incorrect.

    I want to upgrade my phone at this time and this kind of thing is totally unacceptable.

    Hi Carsanal,

    Can you advise when your contract is due to expire as it is not until then that it would be possible to upgrade?

    If your contract has expired already then you should be able to upgrade online, in store or over the phone.
