Unblocking a Phone

Hi, I recently upgraded with Eir mobile. I am given my old phone a S8 to one of my kids but she is not with Eir so the phone is locked, could I get the unlock code sent to me..? I cant email you as the email function is not working on the Eir site. Paul

In order to request the unl;ocking code you would need to contact our customer care team pon 1800 69 00 00.
