So, Careerwise keep popping up in various social apps I use advertising product builder jobs, the ad explains the shift pattern and if I'm honest, it looks horrible.
    Shift Pattern: (12 Hr Shifts) Hours are 7.00 am - 7.00 pm AND 7.00 pm - 7.00 am (7 Days & 7 Nights in a 4 week cycle) 1 week off every 4 weeks.
Anyone work here? How hard is it to keep to the work pattern? And does it pay well?

    A friend does.

It seems to be hard going when you're on, but the whole week off apparently makes it worth it.

so 21 12 hours shifts on the trot?
I'd rather stay on the scratcher TBH

    I think it's actually 28 days. 4 weeks on, 1 week off.

My friend quit after being advised by her doctor to do so. She became very ill due to the shift which involved 3 weeks of 12 hour shifts rotation from days to nights all within one week. One week i remember involves Monday to Wednesday day shift and start night shift from Friday to Sunday 72 hours in one week. She told me people were constantly leaving every couple days and work was near running pace in some stations due to high targets. Most the shift involves standing or walking and you get 1 hour break with no canteen. She could not socialise for the 3 weeks just work and sleep which was not good for her mental state spent the week off recovering.Pay is very poor with employees striking a while back i believe. If you have any self respect stay away.
