    I am eyeballing a house in Kildare town and probably need a solicitor and a surveyor pretty soon.

    Who can recommend someone who did a fast and yet decent job?

    I have heard some stories about massive delays and solicitors who did not pick up the phone when deadlines were getting critical and would appreciate your insight and experience next to possible recommendations.
