Here's what I paid recently
Professional fees + Misc(stationary etc) + VAT = 2859.75
Reg Fees = 1050
Commissioners fee =20
Search fees = 250
Land Registry =75

Looks like I should have shopped around more. I'd definitely jump at that quote you got. Some of my fees are higher because its a new house, but your quote is still much better.

We are paying €2,700 for ours, based in Kildare though.

The professional fee is €1,350 + Vat and the rest are the registration and outlay fees.

I asked two others and another said their’s was €1,400 + VAT and another was €1,200 + VAT + all outlay fees.

Seems around standard.
