I can't access the emergency number to notify of a possible security problem with my

    I'm trying to reach BOI via the emergency number to report a possible security problem with my 365 online login. But when I "press 2" as requested, I keep getting the response "you have not chosen a valid number" I've tried several times.

    Hi there, 

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here. 
    Can I ask if you have tried this number on a different phone as it maybe that the phone you are calling from may not have a dial tone which means that it can't select the option. 
    If you can try a different phone and let us know here if this works for you.
