Cost of internal installation of 90m2 house

Hi, we have gone sale agreed on a 2 bed terraced house in Dublin. It is a 90m2 house, and has the lowest BER rating. We were told it would need insulation, new plumbing and some electrical work. We were recommended to get the house incuslted aswel, just wondering how much roughly would this cost and what sort of grant…

We were looking at internal insulating, to cover up all the electrics etc.
