Another incredible performance from the women at the worlds today. Lucy Charles a veteran of TWO years pushing the relentless Daniela Ryf close but the latter winning out. Another incredible performance from the women at the worlds today. Lucy Charles a veteran of TWO years pushing the relentless Daniela Ryf close but the latter winning out. Charles managing the swim in 23 mins , thats a 1.13 per 100m pace !!, both women averaging 40kmph for the 90km cycle but Ryf showing her class with a 3.39km pace on the 20km run .. Ryf's finishing time of 4hr 1 min would have gotten her 13th place in the men's field last year !!! These women kick ass!!!
