    Great second half effort, got one or two breaks with the no try/try decisions at either end, but a fantastic second half defensive effort won us that game.

    Champions Cup rugby confirmed so everything else is bonus territory from here on.

    EDIT: Had a look back at the disallowed Cardiff try there and, well, it was definitely a try alright. I've given out stink in the past about dodgy decisions from Welsh TMOs in away games in Wales so only fair to point out that the IRFU TMO was very keen there to ensure that any decision other than Cardiff try was the outcome.

    That said, Connacht couldn't get out of their half and the next score after that was a converted Cardiff try (albeit it took another 10 minutes to come) so maybe it wasn’t that critical a decision.
