With a functioning line out and maul (roux and thornbury massive), Connacht would be well in this game.

We're still in this! Bundee to come!

Badly need to get Porchy more into the action. It's not really happening for Wooton.

Despite the score we're playing fairly well. Hope Masterson is okay after that super tackle. Jack should have scored that conversion, no wind

Connacht's line out is not good enough for this level, I dont care if players are out this is the pure basics of the game and it just looks a complete crap shoot.

And now in this ****ter of a position all because of that line out.

He’s not the same on the right wing I feel

Reprieve for Connacht there, another Racing try and its game over.

Anything positive to post at all? It's not as if Racing are a good team no, with a quality lineout?

Class from Wooton. Not his first intercept this season.

Considering how abysmal the Connacht lineout is its hard to tell...

Bar some lineout Connacht aren't that bad, especially losing 2 back rows in the first half

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

Apparently balancing on your head = being on your feet...

    Oh **** off Barnes.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,098 ✭✭✭UAEguy2020

    Let off for Connacht there.

I do think a win is probably a step too far ( hope to be wrong but it feels Connacht winning 2-0 in terms of scores in beyond them atm) if Connacht can get a LBP they have done excellent tonight.

Teddy Thomas must be an infuriating player to play alongside.

Great stuff in the second half so far. Great to see lads like Duggan making a big difference.

The spirit in the Connacht side to hang on has been brilliant.

    Racing wasted so many chances.

I was expecting an absolute pasting.

Connacht were far from perfect and so were Racing but there is absolutely no shame in that.

Cant help but feel gutted after that ending but my god Connacht have pushed Racing.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,075 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Fantastic by Connacht. Never gave up.

If they'd nailed that earlier conversion...

What an effort, Dillane was sensational.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,207 ✭✭✭SqueakyKneecap

More than respectable result against one of the very best in the competition.

Lot of positives from that comeback but we left a heap of chances behind us prior to Healy's excellent try.

Great performance with some seriously young talent involved too. Future is bright.
