Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have a look back, when you quoted it went from Liam Vautour to Liam Vault Tour.....!

    Liam Lalor?

Just looked to me like Defil needed shorter......ie....the arkle! Perfect distance for him. he is 10/1 now for it, wish to God I could trust my instinct and back him but with no NRNB I just cant yet

Same with Apples Jade, currently 6/5 or 5/4 with diff firms for the Mares. If I could be 100% certain she was gonna run in it then a double with Altior is buying money, but until it goes NRNB I cant, and you know the second it goes NRNB the odds will disappear

I wonder, if UDS runs well this weekend, and given the ryanair looks like one of the strongest races at the festival this year, might the O'Connell's be tempted to get WPM to run UDS in the Champion Chase, and if that happens, might FP go Ryanair and let UDS have a clean crack at Altior on soft ground in March.

Back Defi 10/1 any race with coral at 10/1, its not nrnb but its worth the risk coz covered for JLT and Arkle.

    I don't do online gambling
    and its not by accident
    i only do shop betting

If i want to do a bet I have to get off my arse and go to the shop

If I had an online acc I would be living with the folks again with no visitation rights and eating meatballs from a can for dinner..

    Its better this way!

See, thing is, I think he wins the arkle, in fact i would be very confident (unless there is a heatwave in which case Lalor wins)

But, I don't see it winning over the longer distance. I wont back it if it runs the JLT

True Story - I have then in a savings box at home that I cant touch till March, along with any fivers or loose change, not to be opened till March :)

It will be interesting to see if Douvan is entered in the Champion Chase tomorrow. I'm half expecting him to rock up at Cheltenham, first run of the season again, like last year. I know they said he was out for the season but they said that last year too.

Nope. Still yet to win over fences. Don't think tomorrow will be the day either

Strange as you watch him and he looks a natural chaser, a great lep on him and always lands on the front 2....just has never managed to get that win
    8/1 tomorrow
The PK double might be popular and see his price shorten

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,775 ✭✭✭✭Slattsy

I like the look of Mr Diablo tomorrow.

Hard to know with the way all these Mullins horses are running lately, hard to back any with confidence but I always thought Up For Review had a decent handicap in him, so I might have a saver on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,625 ✭✭✭RivetingRoger

Does anyone think PP will be bet?
7/4 seems a great price if he runs anyway to his level

    Josephs could be very good

After just 1 start since coming from France and as low as 14/1 for the Stayers says he must be decent.

He's rated 149 in Ireland now, so early 150's in England, so he's rated too highly to get into the Kim Muir this year either way.

He can still run in the 4 mile NH chase at the festival however.

Ah. Is there a ceiling rating for the Kim Muir?

    edit.. just noticed its 145.

Skybet anyway. If you go on oddschecker it does list the ones with a tick mark

Yes . But it’s telling me I have an account already and I don’t and it’s not letting me update it with my Irish or overseas address . I’ve tried a few times .

I’ll try again at the weekend maybe a new email address etc will help. Really annoying

Not half as nice as Passageway unfortunately, his half brother by Califet(just turned 4) we have looks a lovely horse. He is down with Colin Bowe and will probably run in a P2P in the second half of this year.

He bred some lovely horses in 2013, Passageway, Court Liability, Benny's Bridge and The Gunner Murphy. Court Liabilities dam got colic a few years ago and died but CL looks a nice prospect. Benny's Bridge will be a good horse when he learns to settle.

I know Joseph loves The Gunner Murphy, he looks talented but a bit ungenuine so far.

Benny's Bridge better than a mark of 119 anyway. :)

Discorama went 50/1+ inplay there only to go 6/4 before falling at the last. Champagne Classic also ran a very good race on return there and now over fences. 2 to keep an eye on
