Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Burnley vs Manchester United - Not on terrestrial tv

Joses 3rd season meltdown is showing no signs of abating so this is sure to be a barn burning show of bus parking. After consistently throwing Luke Shaw under said bus since the day he was born the Portugeezer has singled him out for special praise due to now being the best left back in the world, quite a turnaround for sure.

8ft 2" behemoth Manuel Fellaini joins the starting line-up which is surely a statement of intent for some of the hoof ball goodness this United team are now synonymous for.

Lukaku showed once last week he cannot score against big teams so he is surely in the sights of Joses 18 wheeler.

One thing is for sure, despite being the most boringest team in all the world there are going be more viewers and commentators here than at the world viewing and commentating finals. Depending on how the game goes of course.

    Prediction.

Burnley to surprise nobody and beat the fallen giant.

“Ed Woodward a specialist in failure” banner was flown over Turf Moor. :pac:

I hope he didn't see it otherwise those around him are in for some serious personal abuse.

    Jose to headbutt the referee!

United were pretty proactive and offensive against spurs. Expect them to try a similar approach here.

Would actually like to see this game:(

Positive start, two decent efforts at goal from Shaw and Lingard

Lovely ball from Alexis and Lukaku header at back post. Just as game was fairly even.

Jose puts the handbrake on the bus for now.

Nearly 2, Hart did well there. Alexis and Lukaku combining well

It is 2! Lukaku. Good work from Shaw.

Burnley very flat. No. 6 dropped deep on that move playing Lukaku onside.

Important to keep the performance level up, can't let this slip to a disappointing result from this position.

Burnley have been cat, long may that continue too. Nice to be in a position also where one slip up isn't going to spell disaster :D

    Stupid by Rashford to react

Harsh to be sent off although it was brainless from Rashford

Lukaku should have got his hat-trick there

Could easily have been a peno

    Ref having an absolute laugh.

Mee could have been sent off twice and no even a foul given against him.

Bardsley should have been off for his part in the rashford red too.

Was watching the Dublin game but I see from this 22 post match thread it was a handy win?

Yes very comfortable. Only bit of panic was when Pogba missed pen and rashford got sent off in quick succession but even after that United had a few chances to get third.

  • Good win

Predictable thread in the end too haha
