AP1 and AP11 interviews

Has anybody on here gone through interview for AP1 / AP11 under the new interview structure - competency based? They are being held in our school end of next week and I've just completed the application for AP1. I am just wondering if anybody has any insight into how best to prepare and types of questions that came up.…

The application form was exactly the same.

LAOS - looking at our school. Know that document inside out.
Also the circular 003/2018 I think which covers assistant principal stuff.
Have some examples of ways that you’ve already stepped up in school leadership, even if it is just small things.
