Any good? My legs are constantly feeling heavy - can't seem to shake that feeling...Never gone for a sports massage before but looking for thoughts? Normally go for ice bath which is great but that has closed down.... In Cork if anyone could recommend someone... Sorry if I am in the wrong thread!
