    Hi everyone,

    I have a question about the HAP payment. My partner and I are currently on the HAP payment and we are possibly moving into another place, also with the HAP. Now we live on the boarder of 2 counties (Kilkenny and Tipperary)
    Our current home is is KK while the new one would be in Tipp.

    Does anyone know how to go about the HAP application then? Do we have to change over to the other council or do I just need to pick up the HAP form and fill it out.

    I tried to look online but could not find anything

    It's a different local authority making the payment so you would have to change councils

    Your landlord or letting agent should be able to sort that out .
