    Hello,

    I've cancelled a lost card 6 months ago and a transaction for an subscription went through today. Are cards not dead after they are cancelled?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    As you had requested this continuous payment to be stopped, you will now have the availability to request a refund.

    You can make this request by logging in www.365online.com select Service Desk and select Ask A Question option. An Advisor will look after this for you.

    Yes, it is possible for the payment to still debit. We would also ask you to contact the retailer and request they cancel and unlink your card details attached to the subscription.
