    Sorry for resurrecting but it may be appropriate to ask here.

    Is there any way of telling if the Part V allocation in a new development would be social housing or affordable housing, or a portion of either?

    It would be all social housing, 10% of the units. That's been the case for a few years now.

    There is no affordable housing system at present, that's one of the complaints against the existing government.
