Trafficwatch - cant' get through anyone else having this problem?

    I tried to report an incident on Sunday, 28th of August but got stuck in a queue for 10 minutes and hung up.  Tried again, last night and had the same thing happen.  Whenever I used it before I got through straight away.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Or have you been able to get through?

    Call during the day, I'm sure they have more staff manning the phones during normal working hours.
