Beef dripping

    Anybody know where I can get Beef dripping or some other rendered beef fat in Cork? I asked in the English Market but the butchers there only had the raw animal fat and there's a bit of a process involved to render it.

    Dunnes Stores are selling one now from James Whelan butchers, not sure if it's in all Dunnes yet but can get it in Ballyvolane:

    Dino's takeaway might be worth a shot, might sell you some.
    I know they cook with beef dripping.
