Good place to get shellac in Athlone area?

Going to be living in Athlone from October. I used to get my nails done in Tipperary and plenty people there that charged only €15 for shellac. From my research, it seems to be dearer in Athlone like €25 for shellac! Any cheap nail technicians ?
