Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For me its just the smell.

Any other argument against it is pretty null and void when alcohol is not only easily got but also a social norm at any event.

Sure you have lifetime stoners, but you also have lifetime alcoholics.

There are strains which, after consumption, many people would struggle to sit down, such is the stimulation, physical and creative.

Cannabis is a much maligned substance. Mostly misunderstood, even by many of its most ardent admirers.

Like everything else, moderation is key. And sometimes total abstinence. If it's not for you then that's grand.

The problem with the strains argument (which I accept) is that most I assume are like me...they can get it but have no idea or control what strain they get.
the man sells grass and that's your lot

I've a few friends take ketamine, cocaine, pills whatever. Wouldn't dream of ingesting cannabis. These same heads invariably slag off any cannabis use, it's beneath them somehow.

i find this alright , it's kinda funny in a way it's like the argument of the drugs I like are ok anything else is for scum....:)

I have always wanted someone to show me how exactly drugs make peoples lives better. What are the positives of them?

(and I exclude medicinal uses in this).

Through my work im privy to peoples medical records

One thing thats generally common with people with psychiatric and psychological issues is a history of smoking weed

Its not a harmless drug however I do think simple possession should be legal

"It is also known that not everyone who uses cannabis, even at a young age, develops a psychotic illness. The available research shows that those who have a family history of a psychotic illness, or those who have certain characteristics such as schizotypal personality, or possibly have certain types of genes, may increase the risk of developing a psychotic illness following the regular use of strong cannabis."

So, you want the positives of using drugs, but you want to exclude the medicinal positive uses?
