    I had my smarter pay as you go meter installed on the 16/08/2018 and as of yet I have no received my card. Any idea how long this will take?

    Sorry to read that you never received your Pay As You Go card yet.

    If you private message us your details, we will take a look at this for you.

    We would need your full name, telephone number, address and if you can also state if you are the account holder or not.
