Ebay store logo help!

    Can anyone tell me how I upload a store logo for an Ebay store? I have just opened a store and I have tried for hours to upload my banner for my store but no matter what I try it does not upload. I have tried different sizes, jpeg, png, different browsers etc and still no luck.

    What makes it worse is that it does not say what the issue is, it just does not upload. I have tried to find this info online with no luck. I am hoping someone can help me on here as it is driving me mad now.

    I would suggest trying a 2nd picture from a 2nd laptop.

    did you check their file size and format details ?

    a quick google says that the pic should be 150 x 150 pixels.

    there are many online tools to resize a picture.
