Hi,

I bought a house /got a mortgage with an ex about 15 or so years ago (in the boom). We broke up a couple of years later.
When we broke up, we agreed that he would keep living in the house and take on the fill payments on the mortgage.
I'm going about getting my name off the deeds/mortgage. I've been onto the bank and they've told me the documents that I need to proceed with it.

Has anybody went through this and have any insight for me on what to do, aside from getting the documents to the bank of coarse???
