    Hi All,

Looking to swap to yourselves (need to retain current landline number) - looking for:
    • unlimited 100mb fibre broadband (home)
    • bundled with unlimited anytime calls to irish mobiles and irish landlines
    • (don't need international calls).

What introductory offers do you have for such a bundle?
    • What's the offer price?
    • how long does that price apply for?
    • what's the post-offer price?
    • How long is the contract?
    • Can you include a lolcat blocker?

Not seeing where I can select this particular bundle on your site.

Thanks Sarah, I've seen that page... don’t see the bundle I inquired about above, was just looking for equivalent of the eir business package I have had for years with you... not to worry if it’s too much hassle to discuss options.

Digiweb have a very unambiguous package: €49.95 p.m. for unlimited 100mb fibre broadband and all calls.

Weird how the biggest telecoms company can't keep it this simple... potential customers (and soon too be ex-business customers) don't actually like jumping through hoops and we're not impressed with tinselly offerings of pro14 / whatever 'dynamic' strategy your marketing whizzes dream up... ya got to make it easier to do business than this.

Pity - as the actual broadband service at my office is excellent, that's why I wanted to switch from Vodafone at home to you chaps... slan libh!

    Hello minikin,

The bundle you are refering to is called Broadband + International calls. I know you said you don't need internationals, but that's the closest bundle to your description.

    Standard Price: 69.99 Euros/month
Discount: 49.99 Euros/month for 12 months if you are new customer. Probably can also drop another fiver if you say to your sale guy that online offers 5 euro discount.

    What you get:
    • Unlimited Broadband up to 100Mb - This is just a marketing name, actual speed depends on distance and condition of your line. Eir can speed check your line before selling it to you.
    • Unlimited calls to Irish landlines & mobiles and to top international landlines & mobiles

To keep your existing number simply tell your sales agent that you want to keep your landline number. They will ask you for UAN number (Universal Account Number). You can find it on your existing providers bill or by calling your existing provider.

      I hope it helps :)

Thanks RobiePAX, I saw this option - not interested in paying extra for additional services that I don't need.
It's like a forced up-sell, sign of a company in a desperate financial situation.
Telecoms need to snap out of it and return focus to customers needs... it's an discretionary purchase rather than a necessity.

Addon way would be more expensive. It's actually a pretty good deal, especially since you would be a new customer.

€39.99 - Broadband and Off Peak Calls
€49.99 - Broadband and Unlimited Calls to National, Mobile and Internationals.

Basically for extra €10/month you get what you were looking for. It's still cheaper than Eir did last year which used to be €76/month.
