Eir just mobile app not working

    Hi,
    Recently joined eir on a SIM only plan.
    As part of this i believe I can get the sports channels via just mobile app.

    I am unable to log in using my details. Details work fine in my eir app.

    Dang support and was sent around the houses with the last person I spoke to saying the system was currently down.

    Is this still the case of is there something I'm not doing correctly.

    It's been over a week since I called them and still not working.

    Please help

    Hi boban z,

    I'll be more than happy helping sorting your issue out.

    Firstly I can confirm that system was genuinely down few days ago which affected many Eir services. As for your sports question. Trust me, you are far from being the first person asking about it :) I remember I spent 30 minutes in the store trying to figure this out myself just when new SIM Only deals came out.

    The reason why you are not able to login is because Eir did not update their current app with this deal. They simply created a brand new app for mobile customers. So on Google Play you'll find Green app and Red app. You are meant to be logging in using your eir credentials on the red one. Green one and online one is only for Eir broadband customers.
