    Hey All.

Rob here - Guitarist from Kilcock - Kildare.

Im a lead guitarist looking to join a band. Ive been playing 20 + years. Mostly influenced by but not limited to Lizzy, Pink Floyd, Eagles, Radiohead, Beatles, Bowie, Queen, AC/DC, Air, Guns, Foo Fighters, Nirvana, R.E.M. Just of the top of my head thats what comes to mind.

I enjoy playing covers, and originals and have been part of both setups several times. If pushed I would say an originals setup would be my favourite. Writing/creating and recording your own material gives me the best buzz.

Technically I can play the fast stuff, or slow it down. I would say now, my preference would be on more slower melodic lead lines and adding to the song rather than ripping it up. Dave Gilmore from Floyd would be one of my biggest influences.

Ive lots of gigging and recording experience, have my own equipment and transport.
I'm very familiar with using recoding software, pro tools would be my DAW choice. Qualified as a sound engineer about 10 year ago and ran a small recording studio for a few years.

I can also play keys/piano. But unfortunately my vocals are limited to backing.

Here's some links to my playing.

My location Is Kilcock, Kildare, so hoping to find a band or like minded musicians within a close distance.

So if your looking for a guitar playing, with a creative / open mind approach give me a shout.

    Rob.
