Hi everyone, so I'm just a bit confused about how the pension works. I've been working for over 3 years now and haven't paid nothing towards a pension or nothing and I'm wanting to start now. My plan is when I retire I hope to try have enough to move to Spain so where do I start? Do i inform my employer I want to start a pension or how does it work? Also does the tax I pay every week go towards the state pension and if I pay money out of my wages that can go through a private pension? I really haven't a clue lol thanks everyone.
